In principle, the SuikerSilo’s have spaces for rent per quarter floor area. However, SuikerSilo West has 1/8th of the space on the tenth floor for rent! This is equivalent to 81 m2 of useable floor space and is the icing on the cake due to its location on the tenth floor. From such a height you can enjoy a truly spectacular view.

The space is modern and bright and is equipped with an energy-efficient thermal storage system, air conditioning and a videophone. The pantry is shared. There are luxury toilet facilities in the corridor for common use. The three state of the art lifts quickly take you to where you need to be.
