3rd floor

The business spaces in the Poortgebouw offer fantastic views of the entire SugarCity site and its surroundings. The third floor has an area of 546 m2 LFA. The 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors can also be rented as a combined business space, with a total area of 1,638 m2 LFA.

The space has industrial pillars, a high-quality entrance, new HR++ glazing and all basic electrical facilities. The new concrete floors are fitted with underfloor heating and a new climate control system has been installed. There is also a goods and passenger lift and a luxurious toilet block.
